Mallmans Magic

If you have never seen  perfection on the grill then it stops here.  Frances Mallman is a  grill god.   He operates restaurants around the world though mainly in South America,  I was able to eat at this place in Mendoza , Argentina 1884 and it was a real treat.  He cooks all kinds of meat and game on constructed asados and would evoke Gaucho Chic.  He stays largely out of the limelight, despite his legend.  I look forwards to attending his private cooking classes at Faena Hotel in Miami someday.   See more in a recent Esquire article.http://www.esquire.com/lifestyle/a14443791/francis-mallmann-patagonia-2018/
