Hotel Il Pellicano 50th

As  September rolls in it is great time to visit Italy.  The summer crowds are gone , the water is warm and you can really enjoy the sunshine.  I went to Italy about 4 years ago and we stopped at this hotel which is now enjoying a 50th birthday this year.  Its a storied old age glamorous hotel on the water off the Tuscan coast in the Maremma region.   A perfect respite from a Tuscany wine trip to finish by staring off into the ever so blue Mediterranean and enjoying a little La Dolce Vita.  Happy 50th Birthday Pellicano!http://www.pellicanohotel.com/
